The Lastinger Center takes a system-wide approach to improve child outcomes by helping educators realize their leadership potential through asset-driven supports. Our leadership development programs are tailored to meet the needs of teachers, directors, coaches and administrators in early learning and K-12 education settings.

Attrition rates for early learning programs participating in our instructional leadership program were significantly lower than state attrition rates for other quality improvement initiatives

Online or in-person collaborative program prepares participants to effectively lead and facilitate productive, goal-oriented meetings and groups
